If your wallbox is damaged by a power surge, an electrical fault or an impact, you get a courtesy car for 5 days while it's repaired, plus phone advice to find certified technicians who can check the installation.
Is a fire while charging in my garage covered?
Comprehensive cover includes damage to your own car and liability for damage to third parties in the event of an accidental fire while charging, and repairs are carried out at certified high-voltage workshops.

Can I install a charger in my apartment block's garage?
Yes. Under Spain's Horizontal Property Law you only need to notify the community of owners in advance to install a charging point in your own parking space; the cost of the installation and electricity is yours.
Are flood-damaged batteries covered after a DANA?
